This dynamic workshop equips participants to harness their strengths to navigate transitions with confidence and resilience. Participants will explore the pivotal role of transitions in their professional journeys, and learn how resilience acts as a cornerstone for thriving through change. Grounded in the research of William Bridges and Bruce Feiler, along with Gallup's latest findings, the program helps participants understand the crucial difference between change and transition, providing actionable insights on how to leverage their core strengths and resilience effectively during critical periods of growth and transformation.
Through compelling case studies, participants will see real-world examples of managing and/or adapting effectively during periods of change. Interactive team discussions will focus on aligning individual strengths within a team context to drive collaboration and cohesion

Utilizing the Center for Creative Leadership Executive Benchmark for a 360-degree assessment designed to address the specific leadership issues of top-level executives. Individuals see their feedback data compared to an exclusive normative base of other top executives.
Includes CCL Compass™ — a cutting-edge digital tool that gathers all assessment data, interprets it, and recommends what to do next — which allows leaders to transition immediately from reviewing insights to making positive changes in the areas most relevant.
Dr. Augusto is a certified facilitator for this 360 evaluation. The assessment is useful for senior executives and leaders from all sectors who are looking to get substantive feedback from team members as well as normative data from other stakeholders.
In addition to the assessment, Dr. Augusto will work with the participant to create an individualized development plan based on the results. If desired, Dr. Augusto can also use the CliftonStrengths Leadership Report to fully utilize the leader’s strengths in the development plan.
